Sample classes
Prospective students may OBSERVE a sample class free of charge. If the prospective student participates in a class in
any way it
is considered a private lesson and is subject to a $20.00 fee payable the same day. If, thereafter, the student
enrolls in a session, we will apply this fee toward their insurance requirement and start-up packet.

Tuition
Class tuition is $55.00 per month. (First month includes an additional fee of $10.00 to cover annual student Class and
Feis liability insurance)

Tuition covers an average 4 week month. Some months give you 5 weeks for the price of 4. Others only 3. This
averages out throughout the year. Regardless, tuition is ALWAYS due the last week of the month and applies toward
the following month. A late fee of $10.00 will be added to any tuition paid the first week of the month and an additional
$10.00 for each week thereafter. All Tuition checks must be payable to your instructor. NOT to the name of the school.

Insurance
New students must pay an annual insurance fee of $10.00. Existing students as of January 1 2008 will be charges
$5.00 for 2008.

Videos
New students may benefit from the use of home-study DVD’s. There are three DVD’s issues by AAIDT which cover
beginner skills and most beginner dances. These may be purchased by students for the reduced fee of $10.00 each.
(retail 29.99) Occasionally, we may produce special DVD’s of recital or show choreography to aid in learning retention
at home. These are also available to purchase for $10.00 each.

Start-up Packet
New students will receive a start-up packet information about school policy,  dress code, a catalog of supplies and the
AAIDT Dance notation system. This material should be kept in a white binder which the student sho
uld bring to every
class. Each week students receive paper announcement to be saved in your binder for future reference.

Announcements
Most communication with students and their parents is facilitated via paper hand-outs given at the end of most classes.
These may include tuition payment reminders, calendar events and policy matters. These must be kept in th
e students
white binder. We ask that parents please check the binder weekly and sign each page which you have read. We
periodically check binders for signatures so that we know you received the information.
Please inquire for openings.
